Job Description

Bishop & Co. is seeking an on-site HR Director for our Honolulu-based client.

The HR Director is a strategic leader, experienced at adding value to the employee experience, strengthening organizational culture, and well-versed in all HR disciplines and project management.
 
Requirements:
  • Hawaii-based labor relations experience
  • 5+ years of HR management experience
  • Ability to thrive and drive results in an ambiguous environment
  • Strong communication and change management skills
Pay: $100,000-$130,000 commensurate with experience.
