Pilot Records Database Clerk
Bishop & Company is seeking a Pilot Records Database Clerk for a reputable airline organization in Honolulu, HI.
Responsibilities:
- Review Pilot files, gather specific information and input key data into the FAA Pilot Records Database
- Quality check and auditing of data entry for accuracy and compliance
- Position requires high level of engagement and attention to detail
Minimum Qualifications:
- College graduate with business emphasis preferred
- Above-average experience in Excel and Word
- Familiarity and experience in Office 365 Product Suite (Ex. Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint)
- Data entry experience is strongly preferred
- College graduate with business emphasis preferred

- Data entry experience is strongly preferred
- Highly organized, with the ability to organize electronic data (i.e., Emails, phone calls/voicemail, etc.)
- Strong communication skills both in oral and writing engagements
- Ability to work independently
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
Additional Information:
- Job Type: Temporary opportunity for approximately 2 months with possible extension
- Pay: $26.00/hr
- Hours: 8am-5pm
- Location: Honolulu, 92819
- Parking: provided
