Job Description
Bishop and Company is seeking dedicated Call Center Representatives to join a vibrant medical insurance team in the Keeaumoku Street area. As a key player in internal operations, you'll handle enrollment processes, assist members with inquiries, and support Medicare activities.
What You’ll Need to Succeed:
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in PC, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Ability to multitask efficiently with minimal supervision
- Quick learner capable of adapting to new tasks and retaining information.
- Experience in data entry and typing at 50-60 WPM
- Ability to read and interpret enrollment documents and policies
- Capable of lifting at least 20 lbs
Nice to Have Skills:
- Prior experience in call servicing or healthcare support
- Knowledge of government and insurance compliance standards
Preferred Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred
- Prior experience in a similar call center or healthcare enrollment role is a plus
- Ability to support inbound and outbound calls supporting Medicare operations
Additional Information:
- Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:45am – 4:30pm
- Overtime during the week and weekend may be required per business needs.
- Projected Start Date: ASAP
- Projected End Date: 10/24/2025, with a possible extension
- Pay rate: $16.50/hour
