Bishop & Company is seeking a Banking Consultant to join a financial institution’s Kahana Branch team in Maui. In this role, you will deliver an exceptional in-branch customer experience by proactively engaging with clients to identify their needs, demonstrating digital banking solutions, supporting day-to-day transactions, and advising customers on a full range of financial products and services to help meet their financial goals.
Requirements:
- Associate’s degree in a business-related field or equivalent work experience; or
- High school diploma or equivalent with 2 years of experience in a sales and service environment
- 2 years of cash-handling experience required
- 2 years of experience in customer service, referrals, and sales required
- Retail or branch banking experience in operations and sales, or similar experience within the financial services industry, preferred
- Strong understanding of banking and financial products, with the ability to grasp finance and credit concepts, preferred
- Ability to project a friendly and professional presence when interacting with customers
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Digitally savvy and confident using digital banking technology to support daily customer needs
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
- Adaptable and resourceful in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Positive, growth-oriented mindset and eagerness to learn
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Job Type: Direct-Hire Opportunity
- Pay: $21.50/hr
- Work Schedule- Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 4:30PM; Rotational Saturday's 8:30AM - 1:30PM (hours may vary)
